Product Description

The BD Diesel 1041465 is a driver side exhaust manifold for 2009-2024 Dodge/Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 trucks as well as Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee models equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8. Constructed from high-silicon ductile iron with uniform wall thickness, this manifold directly addresses the common OE issue of cracked manifolds and broken bolts caused by repeated thermal cycling.

BD's upgraded design uses longer fasteners with spacers to withstand thermal expansion, and independent heat shield mounting locations separate the shield from the manifold bolts to further reduce fastener stress. All gaskets and hardware are included. Does NOT fit the 2019+ Ram 1500 DT body -- only the Classic (DS) continuation. Covered by BD Diesel's 36-month / 75,000-mile warranty.
