Product Description

BD Diesel's 1041482 Exhaust Manifold Kit is a heavy-duty upgrade for 2008-2010 Ford Super Duty models with the 6.4-L PowerStroke V8 diesel engine. These manifolds are engineered with Hi-Silicon ductile cast iron to resist cracking and thermal fatigue under extreme heat cycles, especially under towing or performance use.

The manifolds are designed using CFD to optimize port geometry for reduced back-pressure and improved exhaust velocity. Pre-drilled ports allow integration of temperature or pressure sensors, and the included hardware and gaskets make for an easy bolt-on installation. These are ideal for replacing cracked OEM units or for performance upgrades.
