The 1-3/4" headers use computer mandrel-bent tubing and thick laser-cut flanges for durable, leak-resistant performance.

The included 2.5" stainless mid-pipe uses high-flow catalytic converters to preserve emissions function while improving exhaust flow, with O2 sensor bungs pre-installed for a straightforward install. Owners on 2009-2018 models will need to add BBK's separate 3" adapter (Part #19504) to connect to their catback system, and since the kit isn't legal in California or CARB-adopting states, it's best suited for Ram 1500 owners elsewhere looking for a complete, direct-fit header-and-mid-pipe upgrade.
