Product Description

BBK's Shorty Headers bring real, dyno-proven power to the shared Challenger/Charger/300C 5.7L HEMI platform, delivering 15-20 horsepower gains over stock through increased exhaust flow and 1-3/4" primaries built for maximum flow. The large diameter primary tube design creates genuinely unrestricted airflow, giving the HEMI a throaty exhaust note alongside real horsepower and torque gains.

Constructed from 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel-bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges, these headers are pressure tested to ensure leak-free performance. The durable Titanium Ceramic finish holds in heat, improving power while reducing underhood temperatures over the long haul.

Designed as a direct bolt-on for use with factory or any aftermarket mid pipes, this kit includes new gaskets and hardware, using an M10 x 1.5 x 47mm collector stud. Note: will not fit Dodge Durango R/T 5.7L applications. Not CARB approved -- cannot be sold, shipped, or installed on emission-controlled vehicles in California.
