Product Description

The BBK 4014 is a pair of 1-3/4" titanium ceramic shorty headers engineered for the 2009-2018 Ram 1500 and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 in both 2WD and 4WD configurations. These headers replace the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with 1-3/4" CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes and 3/8" one-piece die-stamped flanges, delivering a typical gain of 15 horsepower and torque over stock. The titanium ceramic finish retains exhaust heat within the header tubes, which reduces underhood temperatures and improves exhaust scavenging velocity for more consistent power output across the RPM range. BBK designs these headers as a direct bolt-on replacement using all factory connection points, and the kit is compatible with the factory exhaust mid pipe or any aftermarket mid pipe without modification. All new gaskets and hardware are included for a complete installation. Each header is pressure tested at BBK's facility in the USA before shipment to verify leak-free performance. Important fitment notes: the 4014 fits the DS/DJ Ram 1500 body only -- this includes 2009-2018 Ram 1500 and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic. It does NOT fit the 2019+ Ram 1500 DT (new-generation body); those applications require BBK 4015. This kit is for 5-lug models only and will not fit Ram 2500, 3500, or Mega Cab.
