The BBK 5019 High-Flow Billet Aluminum Fuel Rail Kit is a direct-fit replacement for the factory steel fuel rails on 2005-2014 Dodge and Chrysler passenger cars equipped with the 5.7L or 6.1L Hemi V8 - covering the Challenger (2008-2014), Charger (2006-2014), Magnum (2005-2008), and Chrysler 300/300C (2005-2014). Where the factory steel rails restrict flow due to their smaller cross-section, the BBK billet aluminum rails feature a 1/2" internal bore diameter that eliminates this bottleneck, maintaining consistent fuel pressure across all eight injector cups simultaneously under high-demand conditions. This makes the 5019 particularly valuable in higher horsepower builds - including naturally aspirated performance engines with larger injectors, and forced induction or nitrous oxide applications - where fuel starvation can cause dangerous lean conditions and engine damage.
