Product Description

The BBK 1637 Short 2-3/4- High-Flow Catted X-Pipe is engineered specifically for BBK long-tube header systems on 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT models equipped with the 4.6-L SOHC V8 engine. Crafted from mandrel-bent stainless tubing with integrated high-flow catalytic converters, it improves exhaust scavenging and overall flow while maintaining legal emissions equipment setup.

Designed as a direct bolt-on mid-pipe to work with BBK part 1641 or 16410 long tube headers, this unit retains rear O- sensor placement but requires a front O- extender harness (sold separately as part 1676). Installation uses flat-band clamps, and no cutting or custom fabrication is necessary.

This catted X-pipe delivers improved power, torque, and exhaust tone while completing a performance header setup. It is not CARB-compliant and cannot be sold or installed in California. Backed by BBK's one-year warranty and made in the USA, it's ideal for builders installing full BBK header kits.
