Product Description

The Banks Power 26014 is a complete hot-side and cold-side boost tube system engineered specifically for the 2023-2026 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty equipped with the 6.7L High Output Power Stroke diesel. The factory intercooler piping on these trucks uses 2.5-inch diameter tubes with crushed bends, restrictive flow paths, and plastic components prone to cracking under the heat and pressure of the high-output diesel application. Banks replaces the entire charge air cooler piping system with 3.5-inch constant-diameter mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubes - 40% larger and far more durable than stock.

The result is reduced boost pressure drop across the intercooler circuit, faster turbocharger spool-up, improved throttle response, and eliminated risk of factory boost tube failure. The kit uses proprietary billet aluminum venturi couplers at the turbo outlet and throttle body connections, along with 5-ply silicone hoses and spring-loaded constant tension clamps throughout. It works with the stock Power Stroke intake manifold, intercooler, and throttle body with no additional modifications required.

Important: This kit is for the 6.7L High Output engine only - it does not fit the standard (non-HO) 6.7L Power Stroke.
