The Banks 41843 Ram-Air Cold Air Intake is a fully enclosed, emissions-compliant performance intake system engineered specifically for the 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler JL and 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT equipped with the 3.6L Pentastar V6. Developed using computational fluid dynamics and validated on the flow bench, dynamometer, and real-world road testing, this system flows 782 CFM - an 82% improvement over the stock intake - while delivering 38% denser air at the throttle inlet. The denser, cooler air charge expands the engine's detonation threshold, resulting in more consistent power output, particularly under high-load or high-temperature conditions.

At the core of the system is Banks' Big-Ass Filter element - a proprietary multi-layer woven cloth filter with 672 sq. in. of surface area that maintains airflow performance longer than competing filters as it accumulates dirt.
