Product Description

Banks Techni-Cooler Intercooler System. Everything about this system is designed bigger and better than stock. The Banks-designed intercooler features a 19% thicker core with 21% greater volume to improve cooling, along with large high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks and wide-open inlet/outlets for a 69% greater flow area than stock.

The kit includes a set of 3.5in high-flow boost tubes with oversized mandrel-bent pipes matched to the intercooler's increased performance design, plus a Banks High-Ram Intake Elbow to complete the system. Dramatically increases the engine's cooling capacity and power potential by balancing a richer fuel mixture with cooler, denser, improved airflow -- resulting in higher continuous power at any exhaust gas temperature (EGT), with better fuel economy and lower EGTs. Also increases capacity for further performance modifications.

Fits 2005-2007 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 and 2005 Ford Excursion, 6.0L Power Stroke. Complete kit includes cut templates and detailed instructions, installs in about 2 hours.
