Product Description

Maintain peak performance of your Banks Ram-Air intake system with the Banks Power 42158-D Dry Synthetic Replacement Air Filter Element. Designed specifically for 2003-2008 Ford F-Series Super Duty and Excursion vehicles equipped with Banks Ram-Air Cold Air Intake Systems (PN 42155/42155-D), this high-flow filter element delivers increased airflow while providing excellent engine protection. The dry synthetic filter media requires no oil like traditional cotton-gauze filters - simply clean and reinstall when service is needed. The advanced multi-layer design traps moisture, dust, and debris on the outer surface while allowing clean air to flow through with minimal restriction, even when the filter is wet or dirty. This means consistent performance in all driving conditions, from dusty job sites to rainy highways. Banks Ram-Air filters outperform conventional paper elements with increased airflow, superior filtration, and significantly longer service life. The cleanable, reusable design means this is a lifetime filter - no more buying disposable replacements. Compatible with both the 5.4L Triton gas engine and 6.0L Power Stroke diesel, this filter is 50-state emissions legal and will not void your factory warranty. Easy installation takes approximately 30 minutes. Backed by Banks Power's Lifetime Warranty.
