Made from super-durable, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing with a 1/2"-thick precision ported and machined flange, this header is built to power through the roughest terrain without cracking.

A non-deforming manifold outlet seal is self-aligning and will never compress or blow out, while manifold tubes are fully welded to the flange twice -- inside and out -- for genuine long-term durability. Super-duty 1/2"-thick manifold flanges never warp or crack, thanks to computer-controlled machining that precisely port-matches each tube to the cylinder head for unrestricted exhaust flow.

A seamless high-velocity collector pulls exhaust through the system and slashes backpressure for real gains in torque and throttle response. Bolts easily to the stock exhaust. 50-state compliant under CARB EO# D-161-105.
