The Baja Designs Squadron Pro 4910052 brings the peripheral-filling Wide Cornering beam pattern to a flush mount form factor, making it an ideal choice for builders who want clean, integrated lighting without exposed brackets. The 42° flattened horizontal beam expands lateral visibility during cornering, in dusty conditions, and in fog - covering Lighting Zones 1 and 2 to eliminate the blind spots that standard spot or combo lights leave behind. At 4,900 lumens and 40 watts, it delivers serious output in a compact 3.5" housing.

Built to the same standards as the full Squadron Pro lineup, the 491005 is IP69K waterproof rated, IK10 impact compliant, and MIL-STD-810G certified for military-grade durability. The hard anodized aluminum housing, billet machined bezel, and stainless steel hardware provide long-term resilience in demanding off-road environments. uService® serviceability allows field lens and optic swaps, and the Limited Lifetime Warranty provides full purchase protection.
