The AWE 1310-11018 Electronic Valve Simulators are engineered for use with high-performance exhaust systems that remove the factory exhaust valves on select Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Volkswagen models. When factory valves are deleted, the ECU may store soft codes or trigger warning lights -- these simulators eliminate that issue by mimicking the electrical presence of the original actuators.

Designed as a plug-and-play solution, the simulators install directly into the OEM valve connectors with no need for ECU reprogramming. They're particularly useful when upgrading to AWE Touring or Track Edition exhausts or other aftermarket systems without electronic valves.
