Fitment Notes

• Fits the 5th generation Subaru Outback (BS platform, 2015-2019) across all trim levels and both engine options. The body and door/window geometry is unchanged throughout the full 2015-2019 production run.
• Does NOT fit the 2020 or newer 6th generation Subaru Outback, which is a completely redesigned vehicle on a new platform with different body and door/window dimensions.
• All 5th generation Outback models - across all trims and both engine options - come standard with Subaru's Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive (AWD). No FWD configuration was offered in the North American market. This product fits all AWD configurations.
• The 2.5L H4 Boxer engine (175 hp) is standard across the 2.5i, 2.5i Premium, 2.5i Limited, and 2.5i Touring trims. The 3.6L H6 Boxer engine (256 hp) is exclusive to the 3.6R Limited (2015-2019) and 3.6R Touring (2017-2019) trims. The Touring trim was added to the lineup for the 2017 model year. All engine variants share the same body/door geometry and fit this product.
• All 5th generation Outback models use the Lineartronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) throughout all trim levels. No manual transmission was offered in the U.S. market for this generation.
