Fitment Notes

• Fits the 2nd generation Honda CR-V (2002-2006) across all trim levels and drivetrain configurations. The body and door/window geometry is unchanged throughout the full 2002-2006 production run.
• Does NOT fit the 3rd generation Honda CR-V (2007-2011), which has a completely different body style with a rear liftgate replacing the side-opening rear door.
• The LX trim is available in FWD or AWD. The EX and SE trims are AWD (Honda Real Time 4WD) only. This product fits all FWD and AWD configurations.
• The SE trim was introduced for the 2005 model year and is AWD-only. It adds leather seats, heated mirrors, body-colored bumpers, and side moldings over the EX. All trim levels share the same body/door geometry and fit this product.
• The sole engine throughout the entire 2nd generation is the 2.4L I4 DOHC i-VTEC K24A1. For 2002-2004, it was rated at 160 hp under the old SAE standard; for 2005-2006, the same engine is rated at 156 hp under updated SAE standards. All model years fit this product.
• For 2002-2004, the automatic is a 4-speed; for 2005-2006, Honda upgraded to a 5-speed automatic. The manual is a 5-speed throughout all model years. All transmission variants fit this product.
• Outside (tape-on) mount style only. Not compatible with in-channel installation.

Product Description

The AVS 94459 Original Ventvisor® is a precision-engineered, outside-mount side window deflector designed specifically for the 2nd generation Honda CR-V (2002-2006) across all trim levels - the base LX, the feature-rich EX, and the leather-appointed SE - in both FWD and AWD configurations. Built by Auto Ventshade - the company that invented the side window deflector category in 1935 - this four-piece smoke-tinted acrylic set lets CR-V owners crack all four windows in virtually any weather condition without letting the elements in. Whether you're commuting in light rain, parked in a summer lot venting the practical cabin, or returning from a weekend adventure with the Real Time 4WD engaged, the Ventvisor's aerodynamic profile channels air cleanly up and over each window opening, keeping the interior fresh, comfortable, and dry.

Each deflector is precision-engineered to match the specific door and window geometry of the 2nd gen CR-V's RD-platform body - unchanged across all trims and all model years from 2002 through 2006. The dark smoke tint pairs naturally with the CR-V's clean, boxy exterior styling in any factory color, and the outside-mount design fully preserves window travel on all four doors. Installation requires no drilling, no special tools, and no professional assistance - the factory-applied 3M automotive-grade adhesive bonds firmly in minutes and is fully car-wash safe for the life of the product.

Manufactured from premium high-impact acrylic with a UV-stabilized finish, the AVS 94459 is built to resist fading, cracking, and discoloration through years of daily use and direct sun exposure. Whether you own a base 2002 LX in FWD, a 2004 EX with AWD and a sunroof, or a final-year 2006 SE with leather trim, these deflectors deliver a practical, long-lasting upgrade that improves everyday cabin comfort. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty and proudly made in the USA, the AVS 94459 is the ideal side window accessory for any 2002-2006 Honda CR-V owner.
