Fitment Notes

• Fits the 1st generation Nissan Xterra (WD22 platform, 2000-2004) across all trim levels, all engine options, and all drivetrain and transmission configurations. The body and door/window geometry is unchanged throughout the full 2000-2004 production run, including after the 2002 mid-cycle facelift which updated the front fascia, headlights, hood, and interior - the door and window dimensions were not affected.
• Does NOT fit the 2nd generation Nissan Xterra (2005-2015), which is based on Nissan's larger F-Alpha platform with completely different body and door/window dimensions. A separate AVS part number (94539) is available for the 2005-2015 Xterra.
• The base 2.4L I4 engine (XE trim) is available with RWD only and paired exclusively with the 5-speed manual. The 3.3L V6 (naturally aspirated and supercharged) is available in both RWD and 4WD configurations. All V6 SE trims use the 4-speed automatic only; the XE-V6 offers a choice of 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic. The supercharged SE-S/C uses the 4-speed automatic only in both RWD and 4WD.
• The Xterra's V6 engine was upgraded from 170 hp (2000-2001) to 180 hp (2002-2004) as part of the mid-cycle facelift, but the engine architecture and block are otherwise the same VG33E. The supercharged VG33ET (210 hp) was introduced for the 2002 model year only.
• Outside (tape-on) mount style only. Not compatible with in-channel installation.
