• Direct drop-in replacement for the factory Holset VGT turbocharger - no modifications to existing plumbing, exhaust, or intake required.

The ATS Diesel 202-402-2392 Aurora 4000 VFR (Variable Factory Replacement) Stage 2 Turbocharger is a direct drop-in upgrade for the 2013-2018 Dodge Ram 2500/3500/4500 6.7L Cummins, stepping up from the Stage 1 Aurora 3000 with a larger 64mm 11-blade full-length, extended-tip billet compressor wheel and upgraded high-flow turbine sections. On stock tuning, the Stage 2 delivers +47 rwhp and +93 lb-ft immediately; paired with ATS DynoLAB tuning (sold separately), gains reach +150 rwhp with the turbo sustaining 550 rwhp continuously without soot-loading the DPF - or up to 600 rwhp in short-term racing applications.

Like the Stage 1, the Stage 2 retains all factory functions - exhaust braking, warm-up functionality, quick spool - with no programming, deletes, or actuator cleaning required. Billet 316 stainless steel unison rings address the factory turbo's most common failure mode, and updated solid-state electronics deliver long-term reliability with zero maintenance intervals.
