• Does NOT fit 2015-2019 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke (different turbo architecture - see ATS p/n for 2015-2019 applications).
• Designed as a direct drop-in replacement for the factory Garrett twin-scroll turbocharger. No additional hardware, custom piping, or exhaust modification required.
• Modified or aftermarket tuning is required to fully utilize this turbo's performance capability. Not optimized for stock ECU tune alone.

Product Description

The ATS Diesel 202-406-3368 Aurora 4000 VNT Stage 2 Turbocharger Kit is a ground-up redesigned, all-new turbocharger built specifically for the 2011-2014 Ford F-250/F-350 6.7L Power Stroke pickup. Unlike a remanufactured or recored factory unit, this turbo was engineered from scratch to address the factory Garrett twin-scroll turbo's notorious ball bearing failure mode - replacing them with custom double journal bearings that deliver far greater durability and higher horsepower capacity under sustained high-load operation. No core charge is required.

The Stage 2 Aurora 4000 pairs a billet 8x8 compressor wheel and oversized mixed-flow turbine wheel with ATS's Velocity Stack compressor section to produce faster spool, stronger mid-range boost, and sustained high-end power - supporting well over 500 hp when paired with modified or aftermarket tuning (required for full performance). An HSM turbine housing, stainless steel VNT turbine pack, and fully hydraulic actuator complete the build.
