Product Description

The Artec Industries RR-D60116K-2 is a 4-pack kit of ARP high steer studs and tapered nuts for Dana 60 kingpin front axle high steer applications on 1966-2023 Jeep CJ and Wrangler models. OEM knuckle bolts are not long enough to properly engage high steer arms, making purpose-built replacement studs a required component of any high steer conversion. These ARP steel studs feature 1/2"-20 UNF fine thread on both ends, a 220,000 PSI tensile strength rating, and are sized to fit arms between 1.0" and 1.5" thick - covering the full range of Artec's own high steer arm lineup as well as most aftermarket alternatives.

The included tapered nuts seat correctly against the tapered counterbores found in high steer arm mounting holes, ensuring a secure, centered installation without the risk of loosening under trail loads. The black oxide finish provides corrosion resistance without compromising thread dimensions.
