Vehicle Fitment

• 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT (Sport, Sport S, Overland, Rubicon, Mojave, High Altitude) with 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine only
• NOT compatible with the 3.0L EcoDiesel Gladiator - a separate Artec bellypan SKU is required for the diesel model

Fitment Notes

• Bolt-on installation - bolts directly to the OEM transfer case crossmember and frame using heavy-duty flat head bolts that match OEM thread; no aftermarket T-case crossmember required
• OEM gas tank skid plate must be removed during installation - for easiest removal, install when the fuel tank is near empty
• 1.5" or more of suspension lift is recommended before installing the bellypan for adequate clearance
• On a small percentage of JT Gladiators, the crossover pipe may contact the oil pan skid due to factory assembly variance - minor heating and reshaping of the pipe with a torch and c-clamp resolves the issue; verify before finalizing installation
• Modular design allows individual skid sections to be removed independently for vehicle servicing without removing the entire system
• Ships as bare aluminum - can be left natural, powder coated, or bed-lined per owner preference

Product Description

The Artec Industries JT4155 is the Alpha Series Full Bellypan with Oil Door for the 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT with the 3.6L Pentastar V6. Engineered for total underbody protection, this bellypan system covers the oil pan, transmission pan, gas tank, front exhaust, and transfer case in a single comprehensive system - with an integrated oil door so routine maintenance never requires removing the skid. Built from 1/4" heat-treated 6061 T6 aluminum and 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets using factory CAD files and 3D Creaform laser scan data, the fit is precise and gap-free with no aftermarket crossmember needed.

At approximately 90 lbs, the aluminum system adds only about 10 lbs over the factory skid weight while covering vastly more of the undercarriage - and it's 44% lighter than Artec's steel bellypan alternative. Ground clearance increases by 3/4" over the OEM setup. All underside fasteners are countersunk for a smooth, snag-free bottom profile, and the modular design lets individual sections be removed independently for servicing. The gas tank skid can be removed without dropping the tank, thanks to the included extra crossmember and tank strap. A 1.5"+ suspension lift is recommended. For the 3.0L EcoDiesel Gladiator, a separate Artec bellypan SKU is required. Made in the USA.
