Product Description

The **Artec RM6009 Superduty 60 Full-Hydro Ram Mount** is built to protect critical steering components on Ford Superduty 60 axles. By placing your hydraulic ram close to the axle's centerline and shielding it with a robust 1/4" steel skid plate, this design offers maximum strength and minimal exposure to trail hazards.

This mount doubles as a structural reinforcement for the axle, as the skid spans the full length of the axle tube. Reinforcing gussets add impact resistance, and drainage holes reduce water buildup and weight. The front section of the differential is also protected via a bolt-on 1/4" plate, making it easier to remove gears or service the axle when needed.

Designed for heavy-duty off-road use, the RM6009 supports high-performance hydraulic rams like PSC or Howe. Installation requires welding and some fabrication, including minor trimming on the differential housing - but once installed, it delivers a high-strength steering solution capable of handling severe driving conditions.
