Product Description

The Artec Industries JK4405 Inner C Gussets are designed to reinforce the most vulnerable points on the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK's front axle - the inner C knuckle castings on the Dana 30 and Dana 44. On aggressive trails, the inner Cs are highly exposed to rock strikes, root impacts, and flex-induced stress that can crack or deform the factory casting. These 1/4" thick mild steel gussets are CNC precision-cut and formed to wrap tightly around the JK inner C profile, adding structural reinforcement exactly where it's needed without requiring modification to surrounding components.

Installation requires welding by a competent fabricator. Some grinding may be needed to achieve optimal fitment, as axle castings can vary slightly between units. Once welded in place, the gussets deliver lasting protection and peace of mind on serious rock crawling terrain. Ships bare steel; prime and paint after installation to prevent rust. Sold as a pair with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
