Fitment Notes

• Primary application is the Toyota 3S-GTE 2.0L turbocharged engine - all ST165, ST185, ST205, SW20, ST215, and ST246 platforms
• 1FZ-FE Land Cruiser requires 12 flywheel bolts - this kit contains 8; order 2 kits for 1FZ-FE applications
• Do NOT use washers - these bolts are engineered for direct installation without washers; using washers will void ARP's warranty and may cause failure
• Flywheel bolt holes must have adequate chamfer to clear the underhead radius of each bolt
• Use ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant on threads and under bolt heads - do not use engine oil

Product Description

The ARP 203-2801 is a Pro Series flywheel bolt kit designed primarily for the Toyota 3S-GTE 2.0L turbocharged engine, covering the legendary Celica All-Trac/GT-Four, MR2 Turbo, and Caldina GT-T platforms. The 3S-GTE is a high-revving, high-boost engine used extensively in motorsport and performance builds - any clutch or flywheel installation on these platforms warrants upgrading the OEM flywheel bolts, which are torque-to-yield hardware not designed for repeated installation or elevated power levels. This ARP kit replaces them with 8740 chromoly aerospace bolts rated at 200,000 psi for reliable clamping under any operating condition.

The flat 12-point head provides better socket engagement than standard hex heads for more accurate torque application, and the larger shank diameter improves flywheel register alignment. This kit also fits BEAMS 3S-GE and 5S-FE engines sharing the same M12 x 1.25 flywheel bolt pattern. For 1FZ-FE Land Cruiser applications requiring 12 bolts, two kits must be purchased. Sold as a set of 8 bolts with washers included.
