Fitment Notes

• Designed specifically for the Toyota 2ZZGE 1.8L DOHC 4-cylinder engine; does not fit 1ZZFE applications
• Do NOT use washers - these bolts are engineered for direct installation without washers; using washers will compromise clamping force and may cause bolt failure
• Flywheel bolt holes must have an adequate chamfer to clear the underhead radius of the bolt
• Compatible with any 2ZZGE engine swap or build using the standard flywheel flange on this engine

Product Description

The ARP 103-2802 is a Pro Series flywheel bolt kit engineered specifically for the Toyota 2ZZGE 1.8L DOHC engine. This high-revving, Yamaha-developed engine is found in the Celica GTS, Corolla XRS, Matrix XRS, Pontiac Vibe GT, and serves as the powerplant in the Lotus Elise and Exige. OEM flywheel bolts on the 2ZZGE can loosen or fail under the cyclic loading of performance clutch swaps and high-RPM driving. This ARP kit replaces them with aerospace chromoly bolts rated at 200,000 psi, providing the clamping force needed for any flywheel or clutch upgrade on this engine.

The flat 12-point head design simplifies installation in confined spaces, and the larger shank diameter improves flywheel register for precise rotational alignment. These bolts must be installed without washers. Sold as a set of 8 bolts for a complete flywheel installation.
