Fitment Notes

• Designed for non-dual-mass flywheel applications only - confirm flywheel type before ordering
• Do NOT use washers with these bolts; ARP flywheel bolts are engineered to be installed without washers - washers will void ARP's warranty and can cause bolt failure
• Flywheel bolt holes must have an adequate chamfer to clear the radius under the bolt head
• Torque specification: 95 ft-lbs using Loctite 242 on threads and ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant under the bolt head
• Also fits engine swap and custom builds using RB20DET, RB25DET, or RB26DETT crankshafts in non-Skyline applications

The ARP 102-2801 is a Pro Series flywheel bolt kit engineered specifically for the Nissan RB-series inline-6 engines used in the iconic R32, R33, and R34 Skyline platforms. OEM flywheel bolts are a common weak point during high-power clutch installations - they can loosen, stretch, or fail under the cyclic loads generated by aggressive clutch engagement at elevated power levels. This ARP kit replaces them with aerospace-alloy bolts rated at 190,000 psi, providing the clamping force and fatigue resistance needed for any clutch upgrade or flywheel swap on RB20, RB25, and RB26 engines.

The flat 12-point head design simplifies installation in tight quarters, and the larger shank diameter improves flywheel register for more accurate rotational alignment.
