Fitment Notes

• Fits all SR20DE (naturally aspirated) and SR20DET (turbocharged) flywheel applications
• Replaces OEM Nissan factory flywheel bolt part number 12315-2J220
• Do NOT use washers - these bolts are engineered for direct installation without washers; using washers will compromise clamping force and may cause failure
• Flywheel bolt holes must have an adequate chamfer to clear the underhead radius
• Also compatible with SR20DE/DET engine swaps in non-listed chassis using the same crankshaft flywheel flange

The ARP 102-2803 is a Pro Series flywheel bolt kit designed for all Nissan SR20DE and SR20DET 2.0L applications, covering a wide range of Nissan and Infiniti vehicles from the early 1990s through 2002. OEM flywheel bolts on SR20-powered cars are a routine failure point during high-power clutch builds - they can loosen or back out under the aggressive engagement and disengagement loads of performance clutches. This ARP kit replaces them with 8740 chromoly aerospace bolts rated at 200,000 psi, providing the clamping force needed to keep the flywheel firmly secured through any power level or driving condition.

The flat 12-point head design simplifies installation in confined spaces, and the larger shank diameter improves flywheel register alignment. These bolts must be installed without washers and replace OEM part number 12315-2J220. The kit is compatible with both naturally aspirated SR20DE and turbocharged SR20DET applications, including engine swaps, and is sold as a complete set of 8 bolts for a full flywheel installation.
