Fitment Notes

• For manual transmission flywheel applications only - the SST dual-clutch automatic transmission uses a different flexplate configuration and is not compatible with this kit
• Does NOT fit Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII or IX (4G63 engine) - this kit uses longer bolts than OEM Evo 8/9 flywheel hardware and will not install correctly on those applications
• Do NOT use washers - these bolts are engineered for direct installation without washers; using washers will void ARP's warranty and may cause failure
• Flywheel bolt holes must have adequate chamfer to clear the underhead radius of each bolt
• Use ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant on threads and under bolt heads for accurate torque readings - do not use engine oil
• Replaces OEM Mitsubishi flywheel bolt PN 1120A062

The ARP 207-2801 is a Pro Series flywheel bolt kit designed for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X equipped with the 4B11T 2.0L turbocharged engine and 5-speed manual transmission. Any clutch or flywheel service on the Evo X is an ideal time to replace the OEM flywheel bolts, which are torque-to-yield hardware rated for single use. This ARP kit replaces all seven bolts with 8740 chromoly fasteners rated at 200,000 psi, providing consistent and reliable clamping force whether the car is used on the street, at track days, or in full competition builds.

The flat 12-point head provides better socket engagement for more accurate torque application, and each bolt is centerless ground for perpendicular seating and even load distribution across the flywheel. This kit is specific to the Evo X 4B11T - it does not fit the 4G63-powered Evo VIII or IX, as the bolt length differs. For 5-speed manual transmission applications only; the SST dual-clutch automatic uses a different flexplate and requires a separate ARP part number.
