Fitment Notes

• For DOHC B-Series engines only - does not fit SOHC D-Series, K-Series, or F-Series Honda engines
• For manual transmission flywheel applications only - automatic transmission flexplate applications use a different bolt configuration
• Do NOT use washers - these bolts are engineered for direct installation without washers; using washers will void ARP's warranty and may cause failure
• Flywheel bolt holes must have adequate chamfer to clear the underhead radius of each bolt
• Use ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant on threads and under bolt heads for accurate torque readings - do not use engine oil or thread locker
• Replaces OEM Honda flywheel bolt PN 90011-PH3-000

Product Description

The ARP 208-2802 is a Pro Series flywheel bolt kit for Honda and Acura B-Series DOHC engines, covering the full range of B16, B17, B18, and B20 variants used in the Acura Integra, Honda Civic Si, del Sol VTEC, and CR-V from 1988 through 2001. The B-Series is one of the most widely built and swapped Honda engines in performance motorsport, and any clutch or flywheel service is the right time to replace the OEM flywheel bolts. Honda OEM flywheel bolts are torque-to-yield single-use hardware - reusing them risks undertorquing and potential flywheel movement under the high-RPM demands of a performance build.

This ARP kit replaces all eight bolts with 8740 chromoly fasteners rated at 200,000 psi, with a flat 12-point head for accurate torque application and a larger shank diameter for improved flywheel register. The kit also fits the Honda H22 engine sharing the same M12 x 1.0 bolt specification. Washers are included; install without additional washers and torque using ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant included in the kit.
