Product Description

The ARP 201-6103 Connecting Rod Bolt Kit is a high-performance, Pro Series upgrade for early BMW S54 3.2L engines that originally used M11 rod bolts. This kit is ideal for 2001-early 2003 E46 M3 (Coupe and Convertible) and Z3 M (Coupe and Roadster) models. It provides an OEM-fit enhancement and exceptional strength for track, forced-induction, or high-stress rebuilds.

Constructed from ARP2000 alloy and precision CNC machined, these bolts offer about ten times the fatigue strength of traditional fasteners, with a tensile strength near 200,000 psi. The M11 x 47 mm bolts feature a 12-point nut interface and cap screw retention - ensuring a reliable clamp load and exact fit. They directly replace OEM M11 bolts (part 11-24-7-834-310) and are the recommended hardware upgrade when servicing early S54 engines prior to February 2003.

Note: These bolts are not compatible with post-2003 S54 engines using the smaller M10 bolt. Confirm your engine's rod bolt size before installation. Fitment through early 2003 (M11 size) confirmed; 2003+ (M10) not supported.
