Product Description

The ARB 5421110 is a vehicle-specific under vehicle protection system engineered for the 2010-2023 Toyota 4Runner (5th Gen) equipped with the Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS). The kit covers the full underbody from front to rear - protecting the steering, engine oil pan, transmission, and transfer case from rocks, stumps, and debris that can cause catastrophic damage on technical terrain. Panels are laser cut from 3mm steel, then pressed and folded for greater strength than flat steel alone, and finished in a zinc-plated silver textured powder coat for long-term durability.

A key design detail is the slightly modified front panel with a lower bulge to clear the KDSS kinetic sway bar - this is what distinguishes the 5421110 from the non-KDSS version (PN 5421100), which will not fit KDSS vehicles. The transmission panel uses a two-position bracket to accommodate petrol engine exhaust routing, and is tapered at the rear to clear the platform-specific chassis bracing. Mounting bolts are recessed in vulnerable areas for easy removal after trail damage, and oil drain plug access is maintained for routine servicing without full panel removal.
