The ARB 10000011 Speedy Seal Series II is a complete tubeless tire puncture repair kit designed to get you back on the road or trail fast - without removing the tire from the vehicle or rim. The Series II updates to the original Speedy Seal include 10 additional self-vulcanizing repair cords (40 total), quality needle nose pliers, spare valve stems, a blade, and an improved high-visibility orange carry case that's easy to spot in a gear-packed drawer or recovery bag. The kit fits neatly into ARB Roller Drawers for clean integration into an organized overland or off-road build.

Each repair uses a self-vulcanizing cord - pushed through the puncture hole with the spring steel insertion needle - that chemically bonds with the tire rubber for a complete air seal without adhesive, patches, or removing the wheel. The hardened reamer tool preps the hole first, and the dual-chuck pencil tire gauge lets you verify pressure immediately after repair. With 40 cords included, the kit can handle multiple punctures across a full season of off-road use, and refill packs (PN 10100010, 50 cords) are available to keep it stocked.
