As part of ARB's integrated 4x4 suspension systems, this medium-duty leaf spring features a two-stage 3+3 leaf pack design that provides comfortable ride quality when unladen while offering additional support when loads are added. The innovative draw-tapered and diamond cut leaves ensure progressive load distribution, reducing stress concentrations that can lead to premature failure. Each spring is fully scragged and load tested to meet precise specifications, while shot peening on the tension side can double the service life compared to untreated springs. Re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads minimize noise and friction at the leaf tips where forces are greatest. Engineered by Australian suspension specialists with extensive outback testing, the CS019R provides approximately 1.75-2 inches of lift on Hilux and Pickup applications, and 3-3.5 inches on Tacoma Xtra Cab models. For optimal performance, pair with Old Man Emu shock absorbers and front coil springs for a complete matched suspension system.
