The Old Man Emu 2897 is a Heavy Load rear coil spring set for the Toyota 4Runner (2003-2024), FJ Cruiser (2007-2014), and Land Cruiser Prado 120 Series (2003-2009). Designed for fully loaded vehicles carrying up to 880 lbs of rear load -- roof racks, drawers, dual batteries, camping gear, and overlanding equipment -- these springs deliver approximately 3 inches of rear lift while maintaining proper ride control under load. Lighter load variants are available as OME 2895 (stock load) and OME 2896 (medium load, 330 lbs).

Manufactured from micro-alloyed spring steel formed on computer-precision mandrels and double scragged before and after shot peening for superior durability and sag resistance.
