Old Man Emu's Front Coil Spring Set brings genuine remote-area-ready suspension strength to the Jeep Liberty KJ, engineered for 4X4 travel where carrying fuel, water, spares, and safety equipment loads down the suspension. This is the Heavy Load rated spring in OME's Liberty lineup -- recommended once added weight exceeds roughly 150 lbs -- with a 500 lbf/in spring rate, a real, measurable increase over the factory 400 lbs rating.

Unlike generic universal lift coils, OME builds a range of spring rates for the Liberty specifically so the installer can match the right spring to the vehicle's actual engine and accessory load. The result is a sensible 1.25"-1.5" front lift aimed at maximum highway comfort and genuinely improved off-road control -- not an extreme-height, oversized-tire setup. Owners consistently report the ride quality is a substantial step up from both stock and cheaper aftermarket lift springs.

Manufactured from micro-alloyed X5K spring steel and double scragged to reduce spring stress and extend service life, each spring is formed on computer-precision mandrels for consistent quality.
