The ARB OMEGS3 is a rear greasable leaf spring shackle kit designed for 1979-1988 Toyota Pickups, 1984-1990 Toyota 4Runners, Toyota Hilux, and compatible Isuzu models running Old Man Emu leaf springs. Standard factory shackles and fixed pins corrode over time, destroying the bushings that stabilize rear axle movement - leading to rear-end wander, passive oversteer, and instability under load or towing. The OMEGS3 solves this by replacing the OE hardware with a serviceable, greasable design that allows full lubrication of the pin-to-bushing interface without removing the shackle from the vehicle.

The bolt-together assembly uses heat-treated pins for load durability and zinc-plated side plates for corrosion resistance, making it well-suited to harsh off-road and overland environments. By keeping the bushings properly greased, rear axle movement is precisely controlled, improving ride quality, steering stability, and suspension longevity.
