The ARB 10100080 Forged Recovery Hitch transforms any standard 2-inch receiver into a dedicated, high-strength recovery point. Machined from forged 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium, it delivers a minimum breaking strength of 25,000 kg on side pulls and has been tested to 55,000 kg on front pulls - more than sufficient for the most demanding off-road recovery situations. The forging process yields a denser, stronger part than cast alternatives, while keeping weight manageable for everyday use.

The elongated eye is engineered specifically for soft shackles, distributing load evenly across the shackle body to reduce wear and extend service life. Precision-machined, rounded edges eliminate sharp contact points that could cut or abrade synthetic recovery gear. The hard anodised coating further reduces friction during repeated use. Installation is straightforward - insert into your receiver, secure with a rated hitch pin, and attach your soft shackle.
