Product Description

The ARB 0750007 is a heavy-duty differential cover in Red for GM 8.5" 10-bolt and AAM 850/860 rear axles. Made from high-tensile nodular iron that is tougher and harder than carbon steel, it protects the differential, ring gear, and pinion from rocks, stumps, and other off-road hazards. The computer-optimized cross-brace design does more than just protect -- it increases the structural rigidity of the entire axle housing, keeping ring and pinion gears meshing on the flat faces of their teeth for longer gear life and greater overall drivetrain strength.

Neodymium rare earth magnets on both the drain plug and the dipstick collect metallic particles, allowing the oil to be inspected for early signs of internal damage. The unique dipstick/filler cap design allows the differential oil level to be adjusted for rotated differential housings. Angled exterior surfaces optimize approach and departure angles to minimize hang-ups on trail obstacles, while the low-profile drain plug and recessed cap screws resist impact damage. Red powder coat with clear coat finish provides lasting corrosion protection. Also available in black as ARB 0750007B. Gasket sold separately.
