• 2003-2005 Dodge Ram 2500 - All Trims; all cab styles (Regular Cab, Quad Cab, Mega Cab); 2WD and 4WD
• 2003-2005 Dodge Ram 3500 - All Trims; all cab styles (Regular Cab, Quad Cab, Mega Cab); 2WD and 4WD

Fitment Notes

• Fits the third-generation Ram 1500 (2002-2005) and the third-generation Ram 2500/3500 (2003-2005) - the 2002 Ram 1500 introduced a new front-end design shared with the 2003+ heavy-duty Ram trucks, and all covered model years use the same headlight housing geometry; this kit is not compatible with second-generation Ram trucks (1994-2001 Ram 1500 / 1994-2002 Ram 2500/3500)
• Direct plug-and-play installation using factory wiring harness connectors and stock mounting locations - no drilling, cutting, or wiring modifications are required
• Headlight aim adjustment should be performed after installation using the factory adjustment screws to ensure the beam pattern is properly directed for safe road illumination
• The chrome housing version of this headlight - the companion black housing version for the same fitment is ANZO 111490

Features

• Projector lens optics - the projector beam provides a tightly focused, controlled beam pattern that delivers superior forward illumination compared to the factory reflector-style halogen headlights on the 2002-2005 Ram, improving road coverage and reducing scattered glare toward oncoming drivers
• Halo ring accent - an illuminated halo ring surrounds the projector lens and operates as a daytime running light / parking light accent, giving the Ram a distinctive custom appearance that sets it apart from both the factory look and basic aftermarket crystal replacements
• Chrome housing - the electroplated chrome inner housing and surround provide a polished, premium appearance that pairs naturally with chrome exterior trim and gives the projector and halo elements a high-contrast backdrop visible through the clear lens
• Clear lens with amber accent - the outer lens is optically clear for maximum projector and halo visibility, with an amber-tinted section providing the required amber turn/parking signal indication without obscuring the main headlight elements
• OEM-style weather-tight wiring connectors - factory-matched harness plugs seal against moisture for reliable electrical performance across all weather conditions and operating environments
• Fully sealed housing construction - tested in thermohygrometer (temperature and humidity chamber) and rain-resistance environments to verify protection of internal LED/halo and projector components across the broad temperature and humidity range encountered in all US climates
• CAD/CAM-engineered dimensional accuracy - designed to factory Ram 1500/2500/3500 mounting point specifications and validated on three-dimensional testing equipment for precise, gap-free fitment against surrounding grille, hood, and fender panels
• DOT compliant to SAE standards and FMVSS No. 108 - 100% street legal for use on public roads
• Backed by ANZO's 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects

Product Description

The ANZO 111491 is a projector headlight set with halo for the 2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and 2003-2005 Dodge Ram 2500/3500. These trucks share the same third-generation Ram front-end architecture and headlight mounting geometry, allowing a single kit to serve the full range of covered Ram light-duty and heavy-duty models across those model years.

Compared to the factory reflector-style halogen headlights on the 2002-2005 Ram, the 111491 upgrades to a projector optic - which focuses the halogen light source into a more controlled, tighter beam pattern - and adds a halo ring that illuminates as a daytime running light or parking light accent around the projector lens. The chrome housing and clear/amber outer lens provide a visually premium appearance that modernizes the Ram's front end without compromising the factory fitment.

Installation is fully plug-and-play using the factory wiring connectors and mounting hardware with no drilling, cutting, or wiring modifications needed. All assemblies are DOT compliant to SAE standards and FMVSS No. 108 and are backed by ANZO's 1-year manufacturer defect warranty. Sold as a matched pair. For the same fitment in a black housing, see ANZO 111490.
