Its 21 x 10.25 x 5.5-inch bar-and-plate core provides 115% greater core volume than the OEM intercooler, helping reduce charge-air temperatures, control heat soak, and improve consistency during demanding driving conditions.

The intercooler uses cast aluminum end tanks, chamfered inlets, optimized airflow passages, and an integrated drain port. AMS testing reports up to 80°F cooler charge-air temperatures, up to 93% intercooler efficiency, a 20.5% reduction in pressure drop, and a 12.3 WHP gain without ECU calibration changes.
