Product Description

The AMP Research 20-03318-70 is the replacement 70-inch step board assembly for AMP Research PowerStep electric running boards installed on 4-door Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2018) and Wrangler JL (2018-2024) models. When an existing PowerStep board is damaged by trail debris, cracked from impact, corroded beyond repair, or worn through years of use, this replacement assembly allows the board itself to be swapped out without replacing the entire running board system. The 70-inch length is matched to the 4-door Unlimited cab configuration, spanning the full length needed to serve both the front and rear passenger entry points when the steps are deployed.

The replacement board is manufactured from the same aircraft-quality die-cast aluminum as the original, with an anodized black finish and military-grade PTFE coating that resists corrosion, abrasion, and UV-related degradation. The 6-inch wide, textured non-slip surface preserves the same stepping characteristics as the factory board. A matching pair of end caps is included in the assembly to maintain a finished appearance at both ends of the board after installation. Mounting hardware - screws, bolts, and fasteners - is not included and must be sourced separately from the original installation hardware or ordered from AMP Research.

This assembly is sold individually and covers one side of the vehicle only - two assemblies are required to replace both the driver-side and passenger-side boards. The 20-03318-70 is the designated replacement board for multiple Jeep Wrangler PowerStep kits including 75162-01A, 75122-01A, and 75132-01A, and is also shared across other Jeep Wrangler platform kits that use the 70-inch step length. Confirm the board length used in the specific PowerStep kit installed on the vehicle before ordering, and contact AMP Research support at 1-888-983-2204 if the kit number is unknown. This is a final-sale replacement part - all purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the assembly arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect.
