The AlphaRex 620007 is the LUXX-Series LED Tail Light set for the 1999-2006 Chevrolet Silverado and 1999-2006 GMC Sierra - Black/Red housing, Smoked lens variant. It shares the same platform, fitment, LED tube architecture, and full LED technology as the 620006 (Black/Smoked) and 620005 (Alpha-Black/Clear), but is distinguished by its Black/Red housing color theme, which uses an all-red LED palette throughout - red for parking, brake, and sequential turn signal - rather than switching to amber for the turn signal as the Black and Alpha-Black variants do. This makes the 620007 the choice for owners who want the closest visual match to the factory red tail light appearance while still gaining modern LED tube architecture, sequential turn signals, and an activation light startup sequence.

The prominent red LED tube is a fixed design accent in the housing that gives the tail light its two-tone Black/Red character even with the lights off - visible through the smoked lens as a bold red stripe across the dark housing. When illuminated, all three pairs of LED tubes fire in red, and the sequential turn signal pattern flows directionally across the tubes in the same red color, maintaining visual cohesion.
