The AlphaRex 653070 is the LUXX-Series LED Tail Light set for the 2009-2014 Ford F-150 (12th generation) - Black housing, Smoked lens variant, compatible with Styleside bed models only. The 12th gen F-150 ran from 2009 through 2014 and is one of the most popular F-150 platforms for aftermarket upgrades; the 653070 brings the full LUXX-Series feature set to this generation with three pairs of LED tubes, amber sequential turn signals, LED diffuser sections between the tubes, and an activation light startup sequence.

The three-pair (six tube) LED layout provides a modern, structured lighting signature across the full width of the tail light assembly, substantially upgrading the factory incandescent appearance. The tubes illuminate red for parking and braking, then the amber sequential turn signal flows directionally across the tubes in a dynamic pattern. The diffuser lenses positioned between the tube pairs fill in the gaps with additional switchable LED output for both braking and signaling, expanding the total illuminated footprint for improved conspicuity in traffic. The activation light startup sequence animates across the LED structure every time the parking lights are switched on.

The Black housing with Smoked lens gives the rear of the F-150 a dark, aggressive blacked-out appearance - the smoked lens suppresses the internal structure when unlit for a stealthy look, while the LED output illuminates clearly through the smoked lens when the lights are active.
