The Alcon PNS4415X504.4 is the official factory replacement front brake pad set for Alcon CIR15-series big brake kits, supplied as a complete axle set of 4 pads with the AV1 Original Performance compound -- the same compound originally fitted to Alcon's Heavy Duty / Military Truck braking systems. These pads fit the Alcon BKF1551G58 (2016+ Toyota Tacoma Gen 3), BKF1559BE11 (Ford Raptor / F-150), BKF1559BF58 (2020+ Chevrolet Suburban / Tahoe / Silverado / GMC Sierra), and BKF1559BE65 (2021+ Ford F-150) front brake kits. Important: this is a replacement pad set for vehicles already equipped with an Alcon big brake kit -- these pads do NOT fit stock OEM calipers.

The AV1 compound is a high-temperature carbon metallic friction material developed for Alcon's heavy-duty truck, military, and VIP protection vehicle applications, where strong performance and durability are essential in challenging environments. The compound delivers uniform friction characteristics that resist fade under sustained heavy braking, while a rotor-friendly design produces lower dust and noise than typical performance pads. Pad plate AV1 shape, 16.5mm thickness, 65.5mm radial depth, designed specifically for the Alcon CIR15 6-piston caliper.
