Product Description

The Akrapovic S-AU/TI/28H Evolution Line is a cat-back exhaust system engineered exclusively for the 2025+ Audi RS3 Sedan (8Y FL facelift) with the 2.5L turbocharged five-cylinder engine. The system attaches to the factory downpipes via a high-quality stainless steel link pipe and replaces everything rearward with high-grade titanium tubes, a titanium muffler, and handcrafted carbon-fibre tailpipes wrapped around a titanium inner sleeve. At 8.3 kg (36.2%) lighter than the stock exhaust, the weight reduction is felt directly in acceleration and handling response. Power gains of 7.5 kW (10.2 hp) at 5,450 rpm and 8.8 Nm of torque at 3,900 rpm are measured on the Akrapovic dyno against a stock RS3.

The dual exhaust valves -- one per side of the muffler, with housings cast in-house -- give the system its dynamic sound range. In comfort mode the five-cylinder note is refined and subdued; in dynamic and sport modes the full five-cylinder character comes through without drone. The system is ECE type-approved for road use with no ECU tune required. Installation on the 8Y FL facelift requires the P-HF1636 Control Kit, which is sold separately and is mandatory for correct integration. The optional Akrapovic Sound Kit (P-HF1431) adds remote control over the exhaust valves but invalidates the ECE type approval. An optional high-gloss handmade carbon-fibre rear diffuser is also available separately. This system does not fit the pre-facelift RS3 Sedan (2021-2024) -- use S-AU/TI/24H for those models.
