The Air Lift 50294 is a direct replacement bellows air spring for Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks running Air Lift kit PN 57297. When your existing air spring has worn out or been damaged, this replacement restores full load-leveling performance without requiring the purchase of a complete kit. Built with the same rubber and 2-ply synthetic fabric construction as the original, it delivers reliable operation across the full 5-100 PSI adjustment range.

Rust-proof Zytel endcaps and a steel girdle ring keep the bellows structurally sound under heavy use and in harsh conditions. This is the correct replacement for RWD Ram 2500 (2003-2013) and Ram 3500 (2003-2018) applications in both SRW and DRW configurations. Brackets from the original kit are reused - only the bellows is replaced, making this a straightforward and cost-effective repair.
