The Air Lift 50236 is the factory-matched replacement bellows air spring for the LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate series, covering kits 57538, 57541, 57575, 57577, 57589, 57595, and 57596. These parent kits span some of the most popular 3/4-ton and 1-ton tow platforms on the road - including the Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD (2001-2026), Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty (2011-2022), and Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 (2003-2026). When one of the original air springs in your LoadLifter 7500 XL system develops a leak, damage, or wear-related failure, the 50236 restores the axle to its full rated 7,500 lb. load-leveling capacity using the same bellows geometry and internal jounce bumper design as the original kit spring.

The 7-inch double-convoluted bellows construction delivers up to 20% more internal air volume than the LoadLifter 5000 series, which means greater leveling force can be achieved at lower PSI settings - a meaningful advantage on rough roads and uneven terrain where ride comfort under load matters. The internal jounce bumper is a critical feature: it absorbs shock and protects the suspension even when the air spring is operated at zero PSI, eliminating the risk of suspension collapse in emergency situations.
