The Air Lift 57384 LoadLifter 5000 is an engineered rear air spring kit for the 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner 4WD, designed to supplement the factory coil spring suspension when towing, hauling, or carrying heavy cargo. By adding adjustable double-bellow air springs between the frame and axle, the system delivers up to 5,000 lbs. of load-leveling capacity and allows air pressure to be tuned from 5-100 PSI to match any load condition. The result is a level stance, improved headlight aim, and stable, predictable handling under weight - eliminating the squat, trailer sway, and body roll that factory suspension struggles with.
