The Air Lift 57289 LoadLifter 5000 is the heaviest-rated rear air spring kit engineered specifically for the 2014-2026 Ram 2500, including all trims, Power Wagon, and both 2WD and 4WD configurations across 5.7L HEMI, 6.4L HEMI, and 6.7L Cummins diesel powertrains. The kit adds up to 5,000 lbs of adjustable load-leveling capacity to eliminate rear sag when towing heavy trailers, hauling slide-in campers, or carrying maximum payload. Air pressure adjusts from 5 to 100 PSI through Schrader valves, allowing the truck to ride soft empty and firm up under load.

Each 2-ply fabric-reinforced commercial-grade bellow is built like a tire with reinforced cords that control growth under high pressure, capped with ultra high-strength Zytel nylon and Shur-Grip crimps for lasting durability. Roll plates included in the kit protect the bellows and add an additional 10% load capacity. Bolt-on no-drill installation takes about 2 hours with common hand tools, and the kit clears the factory in-bed hitch system and most side-mount fifth wheel hitches.
