Product Description

The Air Lift 1000 kit (PN 60855) is a rear load-leveling air spring system built for the 2020-2026 Ford Explorer and 2020-2026 Lincoln Aviator, which share the same rear coil-spring suspension architecture. Each air spring installs inside the factory rear coil spring, adding up to 1,000 lbs of adjustable support to counter squat, sway, and bottoming out when towing or hauling near GVWR.

Air pressure is fully adjustable from 5 to 35 PSI, so the springs can be aired up for a heavy load and let back down for a smooth, unloaded ride. The rugged polyurethane construction is maintenance-free and rated for long-term durability, and installation uses common hand tools with no drilling or frame modification -- a typical install runs under two hours. All necessary hardware and air line fittings are included.
